The Auckland Clinic Manager will be part of this nationwide family and will specifically lead the operational success of the biggest clinic in our network. To be successful, the Clinic Manager will have exceptional leadership and enduring resilience. T[PG2] his position looks after all aspects of operations and the day-to-day functions of the clinic. Each area within the clinic has its own team leader responsible for running their department, with the Clinic Manager having overall accountability for clinic performance. A large part of this role includes both internal and external stakeholder engagement so behaviour that supports the ethos of the organisation must be modelled at all times.
A resilient yet professional attitude is essential as well as being confident in having open, respectful conversations. The ability to hear what others are saying, and adapting beliefs and opinions, must be visible within the strong leadership qualities required for this Clinic Manager position.

Ideal candidate, skills and experience
• Minimum of five years leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
• Tertiary qualification desirable
• Medical experience ideal but not essential
