Your role

Our highly skilled Embryology team work collaboratively to provide timely, proficient patient-centred services for all patients. Working with nurses and multidisciplinary team members, they provide a high standard diagnostic, treatment and support services for patients undergoing investigation and treatment for infertility with significant patient contact. Our team’s work is underpinned by values of Care, Responsiveness and Excellence that are delivered with exceptional service and compassion. 

Are you who we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced embryologist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have a strong patient focus, enjoy working in a large team with a range of skill sets, and a drive to continuously build on their knowledge to maintain and improve Fertility Associates high success rates. Our successful candidate will bring:

• A postgraduate degree in biological sciences
• Experience as an Embryologist with minimum 3 years’ experience 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy clinic across multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
• Strong technical skills with a high attention to detail
• Proficient in all embryology procedures including embryo biopsy and oocyte cryopreservation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language
• A positive outlook that strives to the be their best. 

Training will be provided. 

Fertility Associates are required by Government legislation to ensure all employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
