The Role

Our Third Party Reproduction (TPR) team is a special group of people who assist patients who require extra help to help bring their dreams of a child closer to reality via donor sperm, donor egg, or surrogate.

We are looking for a fixed term (6 months) TPR Administrator to allow our permanent team to focus on implementing a new customer relationship management system.  This role will keep the wheels moving during this period of implementation. 

Based in our group support office in Remuera, this role is 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility in the days of work and work start and end times. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Maintains donor records and documents
  • Responds to donor inquiries and provides information; is often the first port-of-call
  • Schedules and change patient appointments
  • Builds positive professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • Maintain patient privacy to the highest standards at all times

Ideal candidate, skills and experience

  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Able to competently and confidently use MS Office Suite
  • Sound data entry skills and excellent attention to detail 
  • Interested and able to learn new software platforms
  • Able to work effectively independently in the role, whilst happy and able to assist others for the overall success of the team 
  • Personable, sympathetic, positive and able to build positive professional relationships
